These pieces of scum are a disgrace. 2 months I've waited for a mattress and when it arrived it was all scuffed. Even the driver said these are discussing. Plz.people take my word for this these people WILL rip you off and you.will have 2 wait for weeks from the bank b4 it's returned (IF) it gets returned. Buy elsewhere folks

We popped into the store in Scunthorpe after seeing the website and not believing how good the prices were!
The lady that served us was very helpful and guided us to the best option for us. She was not pushy and really lovely.
We chose a base that needed to be manufactured and so delivery was just under two weeks. We had a phone call two days before and on the day to provide times, the delivery was on time and he brought inside which was a great help.
The bed is divine! The base is quality, really solid for a divan base and the mattress is the best!

I ordered luxury memory foam mattress and received a pocket sprung one instead and no one informed me. I tried calling and was left unanswered for over 15 minutes, Live Chat and was treated disgustingly by the agent - never order from this scam of a company!!

Simon, the salesperson, was vey helpful and friendly. We ordered and paid for what we wanted without feeling stressed.

Avoid! Avoid avoid!

Bought a supposedly memory foam and colouring gel mattress in July. In December it had a massive sag in the middle, my daughter is only 8 stone! Thankfully we paid PayPal so have just been refunded but it we’d paid cash we wouldn’t have been refunded,
Missing items, no response on phone or email.
Bunch of cowboys. We’ve investigated the mattress and it’s just upholstery foam.

Prompt early delivery ACE very helpful. Best to have a helper as delivery is to ground floor only. I expect you can pay extra if you need help or an old bed removed Good value product.

The delivery guy had to argue with me in the house as he couldn’t be bothered taking it upstairs. The sales person made sure that it’ll be taken upstairs. The guy asked money for it to be taken up.

Very helpful in explaining the various types of product and considerate to my needs. Also explaining the step by step process from selection to delivery.

Harris seems to be a genuine and honest salesman. He has an in depth knowledge of his products and our order and delivery date were organised quite swiftly. It seems to us that the Company’s products are on a par with most major bed retailers but their prices are much more realistic.

Excellent service from start and advice about choosing the correct bed to delivery and customer experience. A true pleasure to deal with and would certainly recommend. Quality of the bed and mattress is amazing.

I recently purchased an Ottoman bed and unfortunately the fabric on the components being from different batches were not exactly the same colour. Hassan at Bedworld was very helpful and arranged for pickup and delivery of a replacement very quickly. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and although it was initially frustrating to have received a faulty order, Hassan dealt with the matter immediately. I will have no hesitation in recommending Bedworld and their efficient staff,

The in store person Jason was friendly helpful and knew his stuff. The mattress was delivered on the day as agreed. Only negative was they sent a voice mail to inform me of delivery time which I do not have, so be aware.

The lady in the shop was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and informative about all the mattresses and beds.
